Rosa began her career in 2012 alongside attorney Bimal Merchant, building strong expertise in legal operations, workflow management, and leadership. She now serves as Operations Director at Valley Injury, where she leads the firm’s team of case managers and oversees all cases. Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Criminology with a focus on Psychology from the University of New Mexico, as well as a paralegal certification. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, tending to her skincare routines, and exploring new coffee and matcha spots.
